Community & enterprise planning

We identify that the planning needs of community organisations, the voluntary sector and social businesses is different to the private sector.
We work with lots of non-profit making organisations supporting them to develop plans to develop sustainable successful futures in today’s very competitive market.

We have pulled together business plans for a wide range of organisations such as Charities delivering specific projects, Community Centres, Co-operatives and Children’s Centre’s. Our aim with any plan is to ensure the organisation is achieving its outputs, hitting targets, researching new funding opportunities and identifying commercial income opportunities for a sustainable future. As with all our services we support organisations in a number of ways:

• 1. We write plans for them, based on information and knowledge shared and gathered along with research.
• 2. We support the writing of plans, working in partnership with organisations giving them the tools, information and guidance to write their plan for the future
