Community Development Training

A one-day course focusing on Community Development and how this can be integrated into an organisations and individuals delivery.

This Course Covers:

1. Community Development (what is it, why is it so important, core values of community development)

2. Community Development ‘Delivery Circle’

3. Identifying your Community ‘Delivery Circle’

4. Your Values v’s Community Development Values

5. Community Development ‘Theory and Practice’

This course is developed to meet specific organisational needs, and is individualised to meet these.

It has been delivered in a number of Children’s Centres across Northamptonshire and Community Centres.
